Our Return Policy
Returns can be made within 30 days of the original ship date. We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient. We only accept returns purchased from soulsparkpurpose.com. Soul Spark merchandise purchased at independent department stores and dealers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Soul Spark will not accept returns for clothing purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, from reselling sites, final sale items, or accept returns due to misuse or neglect.
- For merchandise returned within 30 days of the ship date with the original receipt or order number, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
- For all returns without the original receipt a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price.
- Your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days of being received.
- If you are making an exchange, you are responsible for shipping fees.
- If you are making a return, you will have the option to select a UPS label for $8, which is deducted from your refund or you can ship your return back to us using your own shipping method.
- If you are returning the package on your own with the carrier of your choice you will pay the return postage at the time of shipping. Soul Spark does not reimburse for shipping fees.
Please keep a copy of the tracking number if you are using your own shipping carrier for the return. Soul Spark is not responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse.
Shipping
- Orders generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped and our estimated delivery times do not include our processing time.
- Shipping times may be affected by observed holidays and inclement weather.
- Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes or APOs.
- Your order will arrive via UPS or USPS. If you are unable to receive UPS shipments please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and Puerto Rico destinations will ship USPS only.
- Free shipping valid to US Addresses only and not valid for pro/influencers. Free Shipping only available on clothing orders over $100.
- Depending on the weight, your package will ship either UPS, Lasership, DHL or USPS unless an upgraded shipping method is selected.
- Sorry, SoulSpark does not offer Saturday delivery and we do not ship on non-business days.
